This site was started on March 6, and deals with financing of the United Nations, and also looks at the Security Council, NGOs, and NGO resources (e.g. other NGO sites to visit), etc.

Association for Progressive Communications (APC)

The Association for Progressive Communications (APC) describes themselves as a global computer communications and information network dedicated to serving non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and citizen activists working for social justice, environmental sustainability and related issues. Included within the network is the Institute for Global Communications (IGC) which operates PeaceNet, EcoNet, ConflictNet and LaborNet in the United States.

Information Habitat: Where Information Lives

Developed by Robert Pollard, the principal focus of Information Habitat: Where Information Lives is the application of information and communication technology in support of broad-based participation in decision-making and actions and access to information in support of international, national and local processes relating to sustainability, human rights and peace.
